Dr Anna Clark is a social psychologist and leadership development specialist.
Anna holds a PhD in social psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psych, Hons). She has held academic positions in psychology and organisational behaviour in the Vrije Universiteit in the Netherlands, INSEAD Business School (France and Singapore) and Australia, where she has taught social psychology, communication, and organisational behaviour in post-graduate, MBA and executive education programs.
With a career spanning academia, consulting, executive education, and coaching. Anna has over 20 years’ experience delivering leadership education and coaching across universities, business schools, and in the private and public sector.

I provide professional development in leadership for individuals and teams. Supporting leaders at all levels to lead with skill, confidence and purpose in their current role and as they prepare to step up.
My work is grounded in helping leaders work in collaborative and complex environments, to create psychological safety, communicate effectively and bring others with them as they lead with purpose and commitment to improvement.

How I work
My work blends evidence-based education practices and coaching to help individuals, teams and organisations realise their purpose through meaningful work and strong leadership.
I will listen to you and create a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly and learn with confidence. From this foundation I introduce concepts, skills, and behaviours that are relevant and effective for leadership in their current context and role.
This applies to one-on-one or team coaching, to my leadership development programs and workshops.
